Completely personalized strength training and weight loss programs delivered face-to-face here in Lexington, NC. 1-on-1 sessions are specific to your goals with hands-on technique coaching, weekly motivation and accountability support, and ways to monitor progress each month. Programs are designed on a monthly basis to help keep you progressing through the journey. I have flexible packages that allow for 1-3 coaching days/week, yet everything is specific to your situation and needs.

Also, if you have specific goals (weight loss time frame, muscle growth, increasing bone density, etc.) this service will serve to be most beneficial.
Small group training gives you the same quality programming as 1-1 sessions but with the added energy and accountability of training alongside others. Typically a small group would be 2-6 people all training at the same time slots each week. Participants are grouped together by availability, as well as similar fitness goals, so each session can be treated like 1-1, but with added support and motivation from others in the group.
Whether you're a beginner or an intermediate fitness level, these sessions are great for building healthy routines and relationships with others going through a similar journey. At a fraction of the price of 1-1 sessions, small groups have loads to offer if they fit your lifestyle and needs.
Full-body strength and conditioning classes in a variety of formats: HIIT circuits, AMRAPs, Tabata, EMOMs, and timer stations. Every class is designed to be modified for any fitness level, so no worries if you've just joined the gym or have been training for a while. If you're not quite ready for 1-on-1 coaching but you want to start moving with a community then this is your ideal fitness option.
Group classes are more of a "general" focus to training. If we do an initial assessment together and I find that you are cleared for group classes and do not have any specific fitness or health goals, then I will direct you to this option. On the other hand, if we do an assessment and you have a lot of foundation to build, as well as specific goals in mind, then a more personalized approach (1-1 or small group) will be necessary before being thrown into classes.
I calculate your personalized macro and calorie goals based on your BMR, TDEE, and activity level using reliable formulas, then monitor your food tracking daily and weekly through a macro app to keep you accountable. I don't hand you a meal plan and walk away. I teach you how food works for your body and your goals and that's the key to coaching.
Along with completely personalized numbers and daily/weekly support, I send you an entire layout of only what's necessary to focus on, as well as a grocery list and balanced meal examples. This has proven helpful as many people have little to no knowledge on what a macro is or what a balanced meal consists of!
Nutrition coaching goes hand-in-hand with fitness training. If you have specific goals (especially to build muscle and bone density for healthy aging) then learning your numbers and how to eat for training is going to be essential...I cannot emphasize this enough!
Access pre-written 1–3 month goal-based programs through the MyPTHub app, complete with calendar tracking, habit tracking, photo and measurement tracking, and community chats.
This option is great for those who do have specific fitness goals in mind, but need or prefer to work in their own space and without the cost of a completely customized program. Billed monthly, myPTHub is a great option for those looking to save money on fitness programs and habit tracking. However, if you know that you are someone who cannot motivate and push yourself to workout on your own or simply have no idea what you should be doing to start seeing results, I would recommend either my hybrid coaching option or 1-1 training in order to save time and energy through the process.
Everything in the membership PLUS a fully personalized fitness plan (for at-home or gym training), weekly check-ins, 24/7 support, and a fully flexible self-paced format. The closest thing to working with me in person, but from anywhere in the world!
This option is great if you do not live locally, yet want the best of both worlds: a fitness coach, but at your own pace and in your own space. Unlike pre-written programs in the app, I generate your personalized fitness plan, assign it to you monthly in the app, and hold you accountable through the month to get it done. We can either chat or zoom call weekly to make sure you're on track and see whether your program needs tweaking or progression.
